Returns & Exchanges
Simple, stress-free, and on your side.
The promise
If your Voziqa piece doesn't feel right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. No drama, no trick questions.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email support@voziqa.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order ID and a quick reason (we're listening — it helps us improve).
- We'll share the return pickup address and arrange courier pickup from your area.
- Once we receive the item back and verify it's in original condition, we'll process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.
What's eligible
- Items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Original packaging included.
- Request raised within 7 days of delivery.
What's not eligible
- Stitched-to-measure or custom-altered pieces.
- Intimate apparel and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale items marked "Final Sale."
- Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free and encouraged if the size didn't work. Just send it back in the same condition and we'll dispatch the replacement.
Refunds
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refunds are processed via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / bank transfer — whichever is convenient for you.
- Online payments (future): Refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong item?
We're so sorry. Please message us within 48 hours with photos and we'll either replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. You don't pay return shipping in this case.
